"If I'm Any Closer" to hitting this on the head this sounds like "Human Beings" era seal with that bombastic orchestral flourish and the piano with seal's awesome vocals. The percussion is puhputupata ..wait..The next starts with Seal's alto slowly getting into the start and some light strings which then starts to get funky /jazzy with the beat and the reaction to the bass as he sings that the "Weight of his Mistakes' and how it affects him depends on how he feels, or how it affects her depending how she feels. "Silence" is about those late lonely nights as the silence rings louder than any noise can make and affects one more powerfully with those sentimental strings and piano. This song has the "Best of Me" as the bass and strings which is dedicated to his wife, Heidi Klum, and how she had gotten the best of him, but brings the best out of him too." "All For Me" has this creeping bass, string/keyboard flourishes, and these nice arpeggios."I Know What You Did" sounds like it's an angry song of hate, but is really positive about how she caused him to fall in love with her."You make me feel so dumb/Like always, there isn't anyone else/But I know what you did, I know what you came for/Driving me insane you wait by my door." You don't notice "The Way I Lie" but this "Secret" that I hear sounds like the secret is not a secret, and the strings and swaying rhythm. "You Get Me" is one of those cliche ridden sentimental piano numbers with some strings, and hey it's human emotion, the sentiment is real. One cannot tell them how to feel and for that I applaud, it's not trying to get radio play. I do like this line "Like a beautiful song/You heard a million times/Like the rainbows end/You can never find" which is about another song that we can figure out what it is. There is always a time for "Letting Go," even if it is difficult this is about being away from the one you love. The album ends on an awesome note that hit the "Big Time" with a spectacular rhythm and start/stop violin, later going into a great harmony ridden violin trickle, with a great horn/beat breakdown, and ending. If I had to commit to a song I didn't like I would have to choose: The Way I Lie, or maybe You Get Me.
