Pitbull "Global Warming"

I believe in Global Warming, and I guess Pitbull does too. The evidence is hard to deny, but that is for another time.
Not only was I surprised that Pitbull had cooked up a whole new batch of tunes for everybody who cares, but that the album was this consistent! Neither undercooked or overdone, the album seem just right! I can also say that his guests might also believe in it as well, and some are even returning the favor with their presence on his album. The short introduction, featuring Sensato, not only declares his love for money, but his waning interest in rap “cause all they do is rap s***/About coke s***, crack s***, click clack s***/But they never sold coke or click clack s***” and maybe dance the Macarena? Oy! They may cause him to get bitter, but one thing is, they “Don’t Stop The Party.” The steel drums and the energy keep it going. Christina Aguilera, hand claps, and these fun synths are what makes it easier to “Feel This Moment” or recall a popular tune from the 80s. I probably cannot be unbiased when it comes to this track, and that is partially because of the fact that this song was part of one of the best conclusions in a modern trilogy to date; love is strange, though isn’t it? You can become unconditionally attached to someone who could not even give a number two about you. Well, the pessimist can say it just sucks doesn’t it? Chris Brown is recruited for a cut on this record, and I do appreciate this collabo more than the single released off of his last album. I don’t “Hope We Meet Again,” I expect it. He may have even gone introspective for a short second, don’t miss it! Now from one prominent player in the world of pop to an even more prominent, and still relevant, respectable gentlemen: URSHER! The piano, as well as what sounds like Benassi-Bass n Synth proclaim the “Party Ain’t Over.” So we know that there isn’t much chance of leaving the party, but this next cut is worth the listen. J LO returns the favor by appearing on Pitbull’s latest album, and this song is even better than their last collaboration. Not only is this party anthem an homage to the single-hard working mothers, but recalls Pitbull’s relationship with his mother as well, and for that we need applause in “Drinks For You (Ladies Anthem).” Yeah, Pitbull we already know. All you wanna do is “Have Some Fun.” Actually, not entirely true because you like to make the green, and a lot of it; so why not recruit The Wanted and one of your favorite collaborators, Afrojack, to score your next big hit. Yes, that sample from Sheryl Crow is used. It’s not like this determination came “Outta Nowhere,” but this is one of the first songs on this record where Pitbull’s willing to leave the party to defend his territory; whether it is the lifestyle or the love he had earned. Would you rather have me say “worked hard for?” The delivery and production make this more distinct, with assistance from Danny Mercer and Jamie Drastik. Envision a sexy showdown between Enrique Iglesias and Salma Hayek. Why not Pitbull? That would be awkward, “Tchu Tchu Tcha.” As for the collaborations, they were equal in likability. “ I cant remember her name, but her a** that I remember for sure/Convenient amnesia, remember the good, forget the bad/Remember the present, forget the past” is the best that “Last Night” has to offer. The collaboration with Havana Brown is good, but the best part is the message. For those that cannot keep track of what he loves, just listen to “I’m Off That.” This song? No, I Love That! That ends the party for the regulars, but for those who love the after party then we begin with the latin Heavy “Echa Pa’lla (Manos Parri’ba).”  “I know it's straight to the point” but (almost) “Everybody F****.” From the appearance of David Rush and Akon, to the enchanting party-perfect production of the three musketeers (Salto, Todorov, and DJ Buddha) it may not be perfect to score the mood, but it might set it. It almost makes me think of the first single off his last album, because of its purpose? Shakira really does “Get it Started, ” and sounds like Gwen Stefani singing those exact words; pre-aughties. The synth recall a more energetic Bloodhound Gang? What was that one big hit that made you think of Prince? Something about mammals. Some parties don’t even begin until after “11:59,” but that doesn’t stop others from celebrating early. The only problem is attempting to jump like this crazy kangaroo (after all of those drinks).
