Boris "Attention Please?"

May I have your Attention Please? Ok, the title track can be called pseudo garage-funk (or plain garage funk) whatever flavor you prefer, but it’s just a stupid label. There is some added distortion and keyboard reverb . I “Hope” you have the chance to listen to this song; the guitars and drums have spunk, but are pushed behind those strings and dreamy vocals. It is interesting, because usually they would be pulled forward. Oh, wait! The riff that occurs before the three minute mark brings everything to the front as the vocals are cut. I almost feel as if my ears were scratched by nine inch nails as I listen to this next song; if the harmonies and Wata went to hang out with the “Party Boy” it would make it more apparent. Slightly garbled vocals, distortion, slowly strummed guitar, reverb, and that background banging all made splendid music together! Ok, I’ll “See you Next Week.”
