R Kelly's 12 Nights of Christmas

I understand it is late, and was it worth the wait? Find out shortly. One of those critiques I wrapped up but did not give away until now.
12 Nights of Christmas with family and friends? I was blessed with three, nine more might produce a different end. Not a cover was present, and this album is a gift, even age appropriate for any music fan on your list.
Keep in mind that this is R Kelly we are talking about, he manages to remain on the "nice" list in spite of his "Christmas Lovin." Partly due to his effort, and this endeavor; there aren't many modern Christmas albums that are comprised of all original tunes.
"My Wish for Christmas" sets the tone for most of the album, and is a soulful and sentimental wish list of genuine declarations that concern peace, love, and goodwill, often prevalent during this time of the year. "Snowman" pales slightly in comparison, but is a nice pursuit-of-love song in a holiday filter. while I do enjoy the next few songs that follow, I could not find the perfect collaboration of "Letters" to describe and recognize their qualities.
"Once Upon A Time" an R&B minstrel told a tale of a family engaging in the spirit of the season, it delivered a recollection concerning a modern classic our family used to listen to during the holidays, and still do to this day.
I cannot deny the appeal of "It's Christmas Day," and the excitement that follows once it is stated, nor the wish of it being Christmas every day, for love is in our hearts on Christmas. I know it is a song, but  I believe that we can keep it in our hearts and minds for more than one day, and live every day with that feeling. It won't be the same, but it is possible; I do enjoy the presence of the visual representations that reminds us the holiday season is upon us.
"Flyin' on My Sleigh" reminds us whose album this is, with that tender production and his buttery delivery, it's sweeter than a candy cane.
As this review comes to a close, the eponymous epilogue might by synced to several lovers taking off their clothes, but who knows, Kells looks classier than jingle bells.
